Rahul Mahajan gave Dimpy a Puppy!

It was Friday evening I was returning from work, its a habit of mine to get glued onto twitter on the way back home journey. Friday evenings are the most exhausted evenings marking the end of the work week and at the same time exciting to signal the beginning of the weekend. My twitter timeline was like flooded with the scrappy news of Rahul Mahajan unleashing domestic violence on his reality show catch Dimpy Ganguly. WTF man?, how many times we need to hear the news about this bastard? Four months back we were stuffed with news of this psycho getting married on reality TV, thanks to NDTV Imagine What a great social responsibility they have. Hats off to Pranoy Roy and his channel NDTV 24*7 and other, oops Im sorry.. all the news channels who were promoting this stupid story.

Breathe Out - Day 44

Beats and breathImage via Wikipedia
They say that the sea calms down after a storm, and it is also said that the sea also remains calm before a storm. My mind is like a sea now, which is constantly being disturbed by the winds of emotion from all the directions in the world. There are some points in life when the mind starts believing that .."yes this is it I can't take anymore". Life is full of surprises, some keep you excited about life and some make you to hate life. I don't know in which state of mind I am in now. My poor mind is dealing with so much emotions and I don't know what is the maximum limit that it can handle. In this state, most of decisions that I take fail big time.

Many reviews have come about the movie, some say its flop infact many of them say its flop. But for me its simply irresistible to miss a Mani Ratnam film.

The Worst Habit in the World! - Day 42

It was a mixed day today, ups and downs were constant with respect to my mood swings and the weather in Chennai. It was one of those days which had contributed to a great learning in this journey of my life. Today me and my friends were caught red handed while performing a mischief! It was an awkward feeling when you are in limelight for all the wrong reasons. I was disappointed, disgusted and guilty, infact everyone was upset. We knew that what we were doing was wrong but sometimes circumstances tempt us to commit mistakes and we are human beings, who were actually a result of a mistake by Adam and Eve. The feeling of guilt was flowing through all of us, and sometimes the worst thing is that even though we know that what we did was a blunder our stupid wicked mind will always try to justify that what we did was not actually wrong, it was ok....  others also do it so there is not much wrong in doing this particular stupid deed. One of my friend, one among we culprits jumped up and said "hey guys we need not be upset, its cool man...we didnt do anything wrong our neighbours do it, so we can also do it! In the first instance my wicked mind supported the argument but immediately my other half of the mind, my conscience questioned..am I doing the right thing?

Inspiration Sitting Next to You - Day 41

Hi Readers! How are you ?, its been long time since we met through our conversations. I was held up with my exams. I have loads of stuff to tell you. Let me start with an inspiration. True... today I am gonna tell you about a person who inspired me during the past few days and instilled me with new blood of motivation. This blog post is dedicated to my wonderful friend Mr. Murali. A very interesting persona and its a pleasure for me to have him around. By the praise I shower on him don't think that he is some wise man 50 plus or something. He is just 25, my college-mate. We both spent most of our time together only during exam preparation. He generally used to come to my house and we both start talking instead of studying! He is married and he has got a beautiful kid 2 years old. His was a love marriage full of adventure, movie style. I always admire him for how he managed all this alone in this young age. He is a self made man. Infact when he got married he didn't even have a job and no body was there to support him. And as a matter of fact he joined the masters course only after he had a kid! When I first met him I thought this guy might be really suffering with too much responsibilities in life and that too in this young age, you know what ?, he just swept me of my feet, he just said "I am happy, I am content and I have the determination to find a job and I will be at it soon! " This guy is high energy stuff, the next week after we met for the first time he got a job!
Inspite of all the hardships he faced he never gave up, whenever I am in trouble, I just used to think of him and get inspired again and again. Today he works for one of the top automobile manufacturer in the world in the administration team. The most important thing I learned from him is that, "whatever happens in your life be happy about it, everything happens with a reason try to move on with it and convert all the hardships into opportunities and all the opportunities into success stories". Murali is a living example, from a jobless man to a successful man with self pride today. What I identified in him as his secret for success is his nature to help people, help whole-heartedly  without expecting anything in return. This reminds me of a wonderful thought shared by a wise man to me. He said human beings can be classified into 3 dolls. A clay doll, a cotton doll and a sugar doll and the society can be picturised as water.

First the clay doll, the clay doll when comes in contact with water over a period of time it destroys itself and pollutes the water. It refers to human beings who are wicked and spoil the people around them, i.e., they wont prosper and don't let others also to prosper.

Second is the cotton doll, when the cotton doll comes into contact with the water it sucks all the water in and grows heavy. This refers to human beings who are selfish and who grow at others cost.

Third is the sugar doll, when it comes in contact with the water it is sweet to the water and over a period of time when it gets destroyed it leaves the water with its sweetness. This refers to human beings who are of helpful nature, those who are even ready to destroy themselves for the wellness of others.

My friend who I mentioned earlier belongs to the sugar doll category, but which category do we belong to ? To be honest if I look back I have weared the hats of all the dolls at different stages of my life. After meeting this person it gave me an awakening and insisted me to stick on to be a sugar doll forever..All of us will have some inspiration around us, or may be we ourselves are an inspiration to many, but sometimes we don't see them as inspiration instead we beat around the bush in-search of one. Nobody is small or big when it comes to inspiring others, even a small kid can inspire us and teach us lot of philosophy but for that to happen we must open the doors of our hearts....Just open your heart and the and the winds of inspiration will flow through.....bye for now seeya
